Hi I am a pizza maker who lives in Seattle now. I have been making Sicilians and Rounds for about 19 years. My hobby which I first learned when I was 9 years old. I learned all the basics back home. For the advanced stuff I'm self taught. So this is a pizza place but we also have a downright good bar.
